- Lead morning meetings with the service crew to review job specifics, confirm technicians have the proper tools, parts, and chemicals for assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with office staff to ensure all jobs are properly scheduled and assigned to qualified technicians (Repairs, Diagnostics, Openings, Closings, Green Pools, etc.).
- Review Serviceminder tickets for accuracy, including pictures, notes, and chemical pricing.
- For smaller operations, assist in the field with high-level jobs and quality control checks as needed.
- Conduct daily debriefs with technicians to:
- Foster communication and support team well-being.
- Address any job or customer concerns.
- Identify needs for parts, tools, or materials.
- Provide notes and guidance for the next day’s schedule.

- Serve as the technical point of contact for customers regarding repairs, maintenance, and cleaning services.
- Support technicians with troubleshooting assistance throughout the day.
- Manage ordering, stocking, and inventory control of parts, tools, and chemicals.
- Focus on maintaining availability of high-turnover items while minimizing excess inventory.
- Create and schedule proposals, ensuring timely ordering of related parts.
- Organize and lead regular training sessions on new chemicals, cleaning methods, tools, materials, and safety protocols.
- Conduct performance reviews, providing feedback to drive technician growth and accountability.
- Mentor junior technicians, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
