Pool Service Technician
Pool Scouts is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team. No experience is necessary—we'll train you.
What You'll Do
- Clean and maintain residential pools
- Open and close pools seasonally
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Available Monday-Friday (occasional weekends)
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather
- Comfortable using a smartphone

Seasonal position with near full-time hours during peak season and opportunities for year-round work.
Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Our ideal Scout has a fun and positive attitude with a willingness to learn - no previous pool experience required. Not to mention, you basically get paid to work out as you’ll be spending so much time outside!
