Pool Maintenance Supervisor

What You'll Do:

- Lead and perform expert pool maintenance, including comprehensive water testing, chemical balancing, cleaning, and equipment inspections.
- Diagnose and complete light repairs, including light plumbing, pump and motor replacements, filter maintenance, and other equipment issues.
- Serve as the go-to expert for complex troubleshooting and water quality challenges.
- Deliver excellent service, build great client relationships, and act as a primary point of contact on site.
- Lead pool opening/closing procedures and other specialized services.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in professional pool maintenance and repair.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- A positive attitude, natural leadership qualities, and a team-player mentality.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and highly detail-oriented.
- Comfortable lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Loves working outdoors.
- A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record are required.
Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- Working cell phone with data services
- Willingness to work in high outdoor temperatures and/or light rain
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable transportation to/from our office
- Available Mon–Fri (some weekends required in peak season)

Compensation: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
