Pool Scouts of Wesley Chapel is hiring motivated and hard-working individuals to serve as pool technicians. No experience required. If you’re trustworthy and reliable, we’ll train you to service our customers’ swimming pools. Positions available with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour!
Pool Scouts is a residential pool service company whose mantra is “Perfect Pools, Scout’s Honor.” Pool Technicians travel to customer homes to clean pools, ensure proper water chemistry, verify pool equipment is 100% functional. What Our Technicians Do
- Test water chemistry & add chemicals as needed
- Vacuum & skim the pool
- Ensure a clean pool deck
- Inspect pool equipment & perform minor repairs
- Offer best in class customer service
Job Requirements
- Be willing to submit to a nationwide background check.
- Hard-working with a can-do attitude
- Reliable and demonstrate initiative
- Customer Service mindset: confident, professional, friendly
- Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical work
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays
- High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.
Previous pool experience and/or mechanically inclined helpful but not required. We provide on-the-job training.
