The Role:

As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for:

Pool Maintenance:
- Performing routine pool maintenance tasks, including chemical testing and balancing, cleaning filters, and skimming debris.
- Conducting thorough pool inspections and identifying potential issues.
- Performing preventative maintenance to ensure optimal pool performance.
Customer Service:
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients, building strong relationships and addressing their concerns promptly.
- Communicating effectively with the Office Team regarding service schedules, recommendations, and any necessary repairs.
Special Services:
- Assisting with spring openings, pool closings, and other specialized services as needed.

Enthusiastic and Positive Attitude: You're a team player with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work.
Reliable and Responsible: You are punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Fitness: You are able to lift at least 50 pounds, work in various weather conditions (including heat and light rain), and stand for extended periods.
Customer Service Focus: You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for operating company vehicles. (Non-optional)

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from our office.
Must be available to work Monday-Friday, with potential for weekend work during peak season.
