Pool Repair & Maintenance Supervisor/ Lead (Experienced Hire)
Pool Scouts of North Atlanta is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Repair and Maintenance Technician Supervisor to join our team. In this key role, you will lead and mentor a team of dedicated technicians, ensuring the successful execution of pool maintenance and repair services while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Leadership & Supervision:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of pool technicians.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to enhance technician skills.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Operations Management:
- Coordinate daily operations, including but not limited working with the office support team on route planning and be a leader within the business.
- Oversee pool maintenance and repair projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Maintain high standards of quality control across all services.

Customer Service:
- Build strong relationships with clients and address any concerns promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and promote positive brand image.

Inventory & Equipment Management:
- Manage inventory of pool chemicals, equipment, and parts.
- Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of company vehicles and equipment.

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pool maintenance and repair.
- 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred).

Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Valid driver's license.(you must have a valid state issued license in order to operate our company vehicles so this is non-optional)
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).

- Certified Pool Operator or Technician (a plus).
