The Position:
- Full Time (~32-40 hours per week, M-F, day shift)
- Maintaining and cleaning residential pools
- Driving a company-issued van
- Minor repairs
- Use of technology (phone, tablet) to record and track daily activities
- Focus on excellent Customer Experience
- Committed to the Pool Scouts way
- Clean driving record
- Workday begins/ends in South Austin. You must have reliable transportation to get to the shop. Company vehicle provided for the workday.
- It is HOT in the summer. Please be prepared to work in the sun.
- It is cold in the winter. You will get wet in cold weather.

Requirements:
- Must be legally allowed to work in the US
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have a valid driver's license and pass insurance coverage check
- Ability to work for long periods of time in extreme outdoor temperatures
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must have your own cell phone with data that you can use on the job

- Proficiency with use of tablet or smart phone
- CPO or willingness to become certified

Compensation:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
* $17 paid training,
* $18 when able to be on your own, usually after ~3-4 weeks of training,
* $19 after 4 weeks solo, with good quality work and consistent dependability,
* $20 after an additional 90 work days based on good quality of work/performance review. (hire date to $20 per hour is roughly 5-6 months)
