Job brief
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialists to assist our existing and new customers with answering questions about the pool services we offer. Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, engaging with new and existing customers on services, and overseeing the route optimization for technicians. 

To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our customers’ trust. 
 
Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent pool service by providing customer support during all incoming calls and  post pool service questions 
 
Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include:
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Update our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Inform customers about new offers or services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with technician teams
  • Oversee the route optimization for technicians. 
Requirements
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with pool industry is a plus
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling challenging customers and situations
This position is a part-time position (20 to 25  hours a week). This position is 100 percent remote. 

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
